A school is a temple of  Maa Saraswati where children acquire knowledge. Along with learning, the mutual effort and cooperation of both the school and the parents is indispensable for bringing out in the children discipline, regularity, punctuality, educational values, good manners etc. In this regard every parent is hereby humbly requested to observe all the following throughout the school term.

• Every parent has to ensure that their child of Pre-Primary section reaches the School before 9:00 am and the child studying in Std.- 1 to 12 reaches before 7:30 am. Beyond this timings, children will not be granted permission to enter the School. Defaulter students' parent will not be entertained by the School-Management.

• Students will not be allowed to attend the Test/Exam, only a particular period. Students will not be permitted to go out of the School during the working hours. (Unless an emergency cause).

• For all the students (Jr.Kg to 12th) last working day of every month will be a Holiday.

• Students are not allowed to distribute Sweets/Chocolates/Gifts on their Birthday to any one.

• On Every Saturday all students of Class- 1 to 12 should  wear their House Uniform. (If House Uniform is not available, Students can come in regular Uniform)

• For Breakfast/Lunch, kindly follow the given Food Menu Card provided by the School.

• Submit your Suggestion/Complaint/Queries in written to the receptionist or put it in the Suggestion Box.

• Parking is not allowed in front of the School-Gate to avoid congestion.

• Behave in a kind manner with all school-staff.

• All updates of the School are placed on the WhatsApp group as well as the school's application in which both the parent's numbers are added. Keep checking all school updates regularly. If your number has been changed, kindly update it/inform to the School immediately. If there is any confusion in any update, contact the school immediately through phone or message.

• It is prohibited for students to come to the School with two-wheelers. However, if a student comes to the school with a two-wheeler and any untoward incident happens in future, the parent will be responsible for it.

• Send your child in well groomed condition. For Girls, hair should be oiled and plated.

• Smart watches, Valuable ornaments for both Girls and Boys are not allowed in the School.

• Mineral Cold Water facility is available in the School. Hence, parents are requested to send a handy bottle to lessen the weight of their own bags.

• All parent as well as student presentations are welcome. Any representation shall be made directly to the School-Management. Contact the School directly without discussing it individually or in a group. Your fair, reasonable, child-friendly submissions will be given absolute justice.
